Each artwork is individually produced, certified, and carefully prepared for shipment. This process ensures the highest quality and authenticity, and typically takes 2–3 weeks before your piece is ready to ship. Orders are delivered worldwide with trusted partners, offering secure handling and reliable tracking every step of the way. Shipping fees are included for purchases over €600. Please note that customs duties and tariffs may apply depending on your country, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies, except for custom prints and digital courses once accessed.

Each print is made to order. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds — only exchanges in the rare case of transport damage or production defects.
In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Exchanges can only be processed if the original certificate of authenticity is returned with the artwork.
To request an exchange, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order and include detailed photos of the issue.

  • Gallery and Metal Prints: Limited to a total of 5 pieces combined.
    This means only five signed prints of this artwork will ever exist — regardless of whether they are produced as Gallery or Metal editions.

  • Paper Prints: Limited to 25 pieces in total.
    These are part of a separate edition and printed on museum-grade fine art paper.

Once an edition sells out, no further prints of that image will be produced — ensuring lasting value and exclusivity for collectors.

Include the artworks you’re considering, your preferred size and frame, and two photos of the wall where you plan to hang your print.
For the most accurate result, please take your photos in natural daylight (without artificial lighting) and add a third image with a 1 m ruler for scale reference.
Our team will create a custom mockup for you — please allow 2–4 business days for your preview.
