Description
Young Boy in Amman
Photographed 22.11.2024.
A young boy stands on the street, pleading for someone to buy milk powder for his baby brother. Their mother has passed away, leaving the boy to shoulder a burden far too heavy for his age. His innocent eyes carry the weight of desperation, a haunting reminder of how war and poverty steal childhoods.
80% of all earnings from this print will directly fund my next photography trip to Jordan/Amman.
The remaining 20% (or more) will be used to support charitable causes in Jordan and other regions in need.
During my last visit, for example, we met a family with six children that asked us for help replacing their damaged tent — this is something I would like to achive.
